The classes allow participants to experience traditional and non-traditional dances as well as un-choreographed and unrehearsed dances in a group setting. Classes include life skills, cultural diversity, and lifelong physical activities such as bowling, skating, walking, and yoga, and that adhere to the Presidential Youth Fitness Program (PYFP).
